MAIN TASKS
- Proactive acquisition and servicing of customers for handling and storage services at the terminal.;
- Building commercial calculations for a complex supply chain (port-terminal-rail), preparing proposals and assisting with contracts and ongoing responses to customer enquiries.
- Managing forwarding processes in cooperation with the terminal operations department, rail freight operators and shipping agents.
- Monitoring the profitability of executed orders, optimal utilisation of the terminal's handling capacity, and tracking trends in the TSL market.
- Building long-term business relationships with key partners
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience as a rail freight forwarder, a sales representative in the TSL industry or in the sales department of a sea/inland terminal is welcome.
- Freedom in negotiations, proficiency in developing cost calculations and precision in preparing tender and contractual documentation.
- English language at minimum B2 level (contact with clients and partners).
- Autonomy and resilience to the dynamics of change.
